These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SingAlong (the "App"), provided by NoMoreBoring LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App helps you create, edit, import, organize, play, and share song charts, lyrics, chords, QR codes, and related music practice materials.
You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You are responsible for the lyrics, chords, images, song charts, QR codes, imported materials, and other content you create, import, edit, store, export, or share through the App ("Your Content").
You keep your rights to Your Content. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
You represent that you have the rights or permission needed to use Your Content in the App. Do not use the App to copy, import, distribute, or share copyrighted lyrics, chords, sheet music, recordings, images, or other materials unless you have the right to do so.
The App is designed for personal music practice, editing, and organization. If you export or share content, you are responsible for making sure that the sharing is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The App may integrate with Apple Music, Apple iCloud, Apple In-App Purchase, RevenueCat, photo and camera services, and third-party import or search sources.
Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.
Some features may require a purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple's policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Paid feature availability may depend on a valid purchase, active subscription, or restored entitlement.
